  • The mechanical part of the machine is mainly composed of a work table, gantry, guide way, and a cutting head.
  • The worktable and gantry adopt an overall design, ensuring the longitudinal guide rail and power chuck shaft are perfectly parallel for high precision.
  • Two parallel linear guide rails are mounted on the side of the table with precision racks driven by the move-body drive system.
  • The cutting head is controlled by a dual servo motor for axial and radial deflection, achieving intersecting line cutting.
  • The rotating device utilizes two sets of parallel multi-group chuck drives, making pipe loading and unloading very convenient.
