Fiber Laser Cladding Machine Overview: The alloy powder is added into the laser melting pool by the synchronous powder feeding method, with small dilution rate of the cladding layer. The interface is in metallurgical bonding state, and is characterized by small workpiece deformation and small machining allowance. The cladding layer is free of porosity and crack defects with the hardness optional in HRC20-60, and has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
